I use colors all of the time. I can be working in WordPress, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator or Whatever, and it never fails I need to match some color. A logo color, a font color, a background color, again, Whatever!
It never fails I have to open one of my Adobe Applications just to find that hex number.
