How to Meditate

Working at home to me is all about every part of my life. Working at home is about living fulling as a whole entity on this planet. If I am going to produce a great service for others, I need to make me, the best me that I can. I find that meditating each and everyday, at least one time, makes a super difference in all parts of my life.

How to Meditate? People have written thousands of pages about how to meditate. People make billions of dollars charging people for lessons on how to mediate. There are thousands of videos on YouTube talking about how to meditate. Tell Ya What, it’s not all that complex. Let me say it again, IT IS NOT ALL THAT COMPLEX.

In this video, “How to Meditate,” I save you lots of time. Learning how to meditate can be learned in 3 or 4 basic steps. After that, it’s all on you.

The fact of the matter is, meditation is one of the most natural functions that humans can do. Anyone on the planet can do it. And the rewards are vast. I truly don’t understand why instead of training me how to throw a ball, jump rope, learn the history of Europe, how to carve a pumpkin for Halloween and stuff like that, why didn’t they teach me how to meditate when I was like 4 years old.

I wonder if we taught kids how to mediate in kindergarten, would there be less A.D.D. Of course, A.D.D. Really doesn’t exist, it’s true definition is, W.P.A., “Won’t Pay Attention.” My mother cured me of W.P.A. With her method called, I.W.K.Y.A,,, “I will kick your ass.” Our family saved a lot of money on prescription drugs using her method.

I learned how to meditate when I was 19 years old by a very good friend. I gave it up when I was about 22. I just picked it back up, doing everyday and every evening and it has helped my life in all aspects.
